I had a warm welcome when I entered. I was shown around the building and given a beautiful place to wait. I didn't have to wait long and was asked what I wanted done with my hair. As I answered, there was a detailed discussion about my options. Caitlin did and amazing job coloring my hair, just like I asked and she was very gentle with my hair.
